- The following connection options are available:
- Seat heating only
- Seat heating + seat adjustment (incl. lumbar support)
- Seat adjustment only if seat heating is present
- Easy commissioning with minimal time expenditure
- Only one cable set is required to connect both seats
- The cable set must be connected to the original seat heating controls in the dashboard or the climate control unit as well as the central electrical system
- The cable set must be connected to the original heating mats and the cable set 39962
- This wiring harness is to be used for retrofitting the original seat heating in the vehicle, please select the option whether only the seat heating or the seat heating with seat adjustment should be retrofitted
- Variant 2 for the following vehicles:

- VW Golf 7 BQ1, BV5, BE2, AN1

A notice:
- When retrofitting seat heating, replacement of climate control unit required
- Check compatibility of the on-board power supply control unit and replace with Highline version if necessary
- If the seat heating mats are not yet integrated, they must be purchased from a VW dealer using the chassis number
- Coding is done using coding dongle 41899

- Connect the device only to a 12V vehicle voltage with a ground connection to the vehicle body. This subassembly is not approved for use in trucks or other vehicles with 24V vehicle voltage.
- Avoid installing the device in locations that would impair driving safety or the functionality of other subassemblies installed in the vehicle.
- This module may only be used in combination with the vehicle types and model series listed below; installation may only be carried out using the connections specified in the installation instructions.
